not to be rude but these numbers/$ are old facts for AXTG..... Ever checked how much Microsoft or Google are paying for PR News? Hold on because you'd be blown away. Since when a fund manager dug on how much a company pays for PR news? I would use the PR news to confirm their 3 year projections and that they are on track... and that's all that's there to it.
On the other side of the boat, there are companies (shorting the stocks) who pay bashers insane amount of money to post unncessary and irrelevant information to create the scare aroudn the market. hhhmmmmmmm
