I'm less likely to swap out after Round 1 than I used to. Anymore I just swap after Round 1 only if a player has 'no shot' of making the cut. One time there was a cut after Round 3 and my bench was already emptied. I got caught a few times last segment, losing maybe 100-150 points overall in the process. Still not enough to get me into the top tier, though. YMMV greatly.
