CW shares outstanding is tough to determine because of their convertible shares and I think because they trade on multipe exchanges.

Here's a page that shows the 95m share equivalent.

But actually this is old, they have since sold 5m more shares to raise capital, so their total should be 100m shares outstanding.


I think fully diluted CW is about 110M and CVSI 117m shares.
