Not to disagree with your points or anything, I just thought it was worth clarifying for accuracy sake.

I think my math was almost right.

CW has ~95m shares outstanding, CVSI has ~99m shares outstanding.

I usually round these numbers to equal to make the math easy.

CVSI was $1.17 today, CW was $9.06, using their shares outstanding that gives CW a market cap 7.4 times CVSI.
