The cynics view would be their ship isn't sinking. The shareholder's ship is the one sinking. Management is still getting six figure paychecks regardless. They haven't been fired by the BOD for their piss poor job of handling the latest debacle. Hell, if you're still getting paid six figures for doing such a crappy job, would you jump ship? LOL! I wouldn't.

I would argue that most at Titan probably aren’t dealing with headaches and chaos much. Certainly not anymore than working for a real company. If they left their work from home jobs they would likely be far busier and would be held accountable for their performance.
I can’t imagine Randall has more than 2 hours of actual work to do each day....
Jensen probably pretty slow these days.
Seibert? Shanklohar?

As long as the paychecks clear what’s the rush? Also not great to have Titan on your resume these days.....IMO
