As a retired bean counter these are items that are consistent with potential growth and not easy yo borrow money from Peter to pay Paul if the numbers don't add up !
Not sure why so many get upset as its not as if I am making up the numbers and majority of raising Capital is risk, reward. Taking a piece of a 800,000,000 piece pie at the end isn't very promising, so next investors usually want to bake new cake !
Its why I decided to get out at moment because new company, new investors, new cake. surely some feel they should have waited before jumping into a toxic batter they used over last few months ! Crazy !
