I have no clue.. obviously something has changed with regard to shells. I know that in 2018-19 not sure exactly when.. a couple of my holdings dropped the tickets and were replaced with numbers..
Still showed the amount of shares however.. Probably should call to get an explanation at least for Tax purposes..
