You heard wrong, OTCre is owned by one person who does not trade. OTCre just mirrors and reports whatever comes through the SOS site. The issue is people submitting fraudulent filings to Nevada and their doing this will hurt the legitimacy of SOS runners for a very long time. It is awful.
