John M. Fife? Is that what you’re getting at? Fife has an ownership stake in WOFA from what that 13g states. I don’t know much about the guy except he seems to be a Chicago based entrepreneur. He is apparently associated with Typenex, a privately held medical company. He is also associated with a few other companies like Red Cliff investments.
I assume you are speculating there may be some sort of reverse merge where WOFA shares are rolled into Typenex? There is definitely something interesting there....
