Were any of the words changed or edited on the document? No. As a factchecker I post notes on docs all the time, there’s not one thing wrong with it.

These are not “MATERIAL EVENTS” from a listed company, but instead a pink sheet p&d that posted an unvetted letter to OTCMarkets 6 months AFTER Toron claimed they issued shares to a nonexistent Corporation.

And now the attorney tells us it’s a complete Different corporation and owner, even the regulation is wrong.

** FYI, Shares were not retired. That’s wrong. It says right on the doc, they’re kept on reserve for a “certain” amount of time.
