My opinion here, a bunch of you are worrying too much. You invested in a OTC Pink, expect things like this
You're clearly right, and I think some of us lost sight of the fact that this is an OTC pink stock. I cant speak for others, but I know I thought of this one differently then say a shell one buys for reverse mergers, or other "lotto tickets" and big gambles that have the potential to be truly life-changing....but most of the time just fail. This one seemed different. Not much fluff PR type stuff, they hire a VP from Walgreens, get in major stores, file on time (until now), solid revenue, and as you say....a company that can be valued much higher. But you're right, it is a pink sheet stock and this stuff happens unfortunately. I shouldn't have lost sight of that. But they've talked about uplisting for a while, and got the proper audits done. I thought they were leaving the pinks behind. Guess we'll know soon enough what's happening. Hopefully you get some info. Really appreciate you going there. Hopefully we also get the 10K soon.
