Duct tape is silver, but it isn't aluminum.

Aluminum tape is actual metal with an adhesive.

Duct tape is cloth with an adhesive.

You're looking for what they call in the trucking industry 100mph duct tape. Not the duct tape they sell at Home depot.

They use it on trailers to repair cuts in the side of a trailer. If you put it on a clean surface it will never come off. Thus it's name 100mph duct tape.

It will have a silver backing and is slightly thicker than duct tape.
