I stand by my original comment and to further elaborate it's quite obvious that by your statement

June 28 , 2018 / 47,500,000 were registered @ .23... Jump to Jan 7, 2020 / 262.3M and climbing... these numbers are indisputable!...

you don't understand the distinction between "registered" number of shares, pursuant to an offering, and the total number of outstanding shares. If you bothered to read the June 28, 2018 filing and ventured beyond page 1 of the prospectus you would have understood and not posted what you did.
