I already sold half of my holdings because it smells fishy and this CEO is a piece of shit. He should be thrown in jail for lying in a massive scale. He has the nerve to use Twitter to broadcast his lies. If he cant show us the merger this week, then he just lied to all of us. I may call SEC and have this company investigated for fraud.
