Not dilution, imo. Investors who are frustrated with lack of filings and information. Pulling their funds and moving on.

Someone could be selling shares that they've had for a long time or others running out of patience/trust, but they have no filings (8-K) showing that they have issued shares to anyone.
I don't see how this can be dilution?

I’m not sure SFIO can sell new shares and dilute under a CE. It will get a DTCC halt.

SFIO can not do anything till it’s stink pink current.

No name change
No symbol change
No selling shares.
Nothing can converted into shares.

Only thing that can be done is control block can be sold to another.


You are seeing retail. Stink pink players down hold long. 72 hours with no update and they run to the P&D of the day.
