I know there is speculation that TRIL will raises funds after they announce nasaq relisting however I can see a more bullish scenario in which they announce compliance then partner sting and then raise funds after the pop from the sting partnership announcement. Doesn’t make any sense to raise before STING unless they can’t get a favorable deal.

What do you guys think?
