There wont be any market as such for ELTZ shares when the market opens on January 27th. It will be matched trades only without any bids/asks publicly available.
By the way unless a shareholder of ELTZ shares is an accredited investor/insider non of the public shares traded on a daily basis has anything to do with the coffers of ELTZ. Traders are just trading amongst themselves and are not investing in the company.
