There will not be a BUYIN at this point. Mike will not allow it. There's no way he will accept $30M for a 10% stake (which is about all the avail shares they have) when he can wait and get $150M later for the same stake.
Word on the street is that Mike and Tony had a working relationship while at Amgen and respect each other. I don't think there's anything more than that.
