For Kaplan the price doesn't matter so he's not getting cheap shares. He gets 10,000 shares a month, right, regardless of the price!

I don't think criticism of one's apparent business plan is equivocal with calling one "stupid."
As justn has pointed out the acquisition of Flamengo objectively violates rules on the books. If they skate around those perhaps there is something here. Until then, there is nothing material.
