Bidding starts in a few weeks, so we’ll see if anyone wants a full buyout first, or whether the auction asset sale is what is preferred.

I’m not sure which benefits the buyer more.
Buyout you get the Net Op Losses to write down, but then maybe the purchase agreements remain?

I know any buyer is going to want to trash the existing manufacturing deal, as that is the reason for their issues with profitability
