Bioamber filed for protection.
Bioamber had assets in the United States, Canada, France and who knows where else.
Selling assets located in France (especially real property) would require a sales order related to the country of France, i.e. a French Sales Order.
Just like assets in the country of Canada required a Canadian Sales Order.
If there was another plant in the U.S., it would be the United States Sale Order.
Oh... and ALL of those orders, by legal definition in the contracts, would be written in ENGLISH language.
