No unwinding clause in the Yuengling’s Article 9 Assumption.

Lol Mid Penn Bank and the SEC would say otherwise. The purchases you are referring to with CZNI contained an unwinding clause. The Article 9 SBA loan assumption does not contain any such clause.

The only way ARSN can separate from Yuengling’s is to default on the loan. The original Yuengling’s owners Robert and David are guarantors of the loan and have significant skin in the company.
