Didn't say they did anything other than "overlook" the debt still attached to the shell. I don't expect there's much research that goes into shell hijackings. No matter what, since the proceedings were completed in 2019, at least one of those quarterlies hurriedly published to "catch up" in advance of the pump and dump should have shown the books of the dead company with the debt attached to it.
