They are trying to license and monetize, but the large companies know that its easier to just continue to steal... There's been plenty of opportunities to trade on the highs and lowes and still make money over this 5 years though!
Luckily we are nearing a major turning point, either we win these appeals at the federal circuit level, or we don't.
I think if we win these appeals that the PPS will reach new highs though IMO.
