NioCorp has pre sold 75% of its niobium in a 10 year contract with Thyssen Krupp and Traxsys, a Carlisle Group subsidiary, so whatever comes out of this agreement between the US and Canada will have little or no impact for the foreseeable future on NioCorps niobium sales.
