They raised it AGAIN, this is a fat ole Pot Belly Pig right here, and the new CEO may say he is not deluting shares but you really think Jason Black (ex CEO) and the rest of the IGEX gang are not deluting?? Haha...keep raising these shares, and keep the price droppin & dumpin
