I think skeptic might be suggesting that justice really is NOT blind. The judicial system is a cesspool and those that threw Fannie and Freddie in that muck knew exactly what they were doing and what to expect. Heck, a good look-see might even turn up Jimmy Hoffa! There may not be and end to the obfuscation by all the players.

I think just the opposite of a lot of people posting here - the SC may like nothing more than sticking it to the executive branch for running wild - but in any case - win or lose (or tie because there are 2 issues) I think we will get a fair shake.
As the good Dr. would say - we may know in 1 to 2 weeks.
