Of course it was a scam, all Dwyer's tickers are blatant scams, one would have to be silly to buy and hold, I got burnt by him in one of his tickers that SEC suspended. Not only walk when you see Dwyer associated with anything, but rather RUNNNN! No point in risking your hard earned money on such gamble, there are many other tickers you can make money on where CEO isn't a con-artist.

No, he has moved the assets from this and his other tickers over to GCGX. Now they have the hopes that people here used to have. I do watch GCGX to see what happens there, but my remaining 'investment' here is down 70%.
Remember, he has multiple pink companies, and he moves things around, leaving companies like TGGI with no assets and no business plan going forward...
