Exactly, and the private sector is working ‘with’ these changes! It’s very clear for those who understand ‘how it works’. There are several Canadian mineral miners, which flourished and are still plentiful in years of resources that had to go through CCAA protection which then brings the other aspect of financial cycling into effect. The time has come 'back' for Canada's main mineral resources to replenish it's communities and their economies. It's how it works ;-)
