There's no stalemate...the fact that Mark, NeNe and the entire 7 employees of Arrayit haven't produced financials in 5 years or so and the last court doc says they're broke (UNDER OATH)....the proof is evident to a casual observer and not visible to the baggies of ARYC. It really is that simple...ARYC is CAVEAT EMPTOR and all of the tweets and PR's that dried up with the quiet not really quiet period can't change reality.
