Thanks for posting these articles Jake. The path seems clear. Big molecule, mammalian cells, big Pharma partner then get bought out (or expand).Perhaps we learn more on Monday.

Avid's website has a good presentation from Dec 03.
From page 10:

In the same building as “Myford North” CGMP facility, we plan to > double our current capacity by building out new upstream and downstream cleanrooms • This new processing area is called “Myford South”
• One option is shown below, but larger single use bioreactors (3kL-6kL) are also under consideration
• Currently partnering with leading A&E firm to finalize conceptual floor plan
• Detailed engineering and expansion to commence in 2020

Recall they wouldn't expand unless they had the business so I think this all ties in to previous timelines mentioned on drug approvals.

Thanks Jake. That is a good one. I could see where Avid is fitting in there and working on, or already fitting, many of those cdmo requirements.
