I don't know if I would call this delay a total win.

My gut tells me that the jury is deliberating the royalty.

I think that if the jury thought INSM won outright we would already know.

If TRCA was a slam dunk we would know already.

I am speculating that the jury is in disagreement with what royalty is approriate. They probably believe INSM broke the letter of the law but not the spirit. These would lead to a lower royalty in the juror's mind.

JHMO.

I read this IB a lot & have been long 3+ years.
I will be happy to have this behind us unless it is a total loss (which I think is very unlikely).
