The CE is being played legit here. Form 15 filed 11/2017 to de-register with SEC. No SEC Delinquent here. Growth company in merger state. All info in way of shareholder press release is being disseminated via their own publicly owned web services, not via WIRE to acquire flags. Only "Filing" so far to brief public on merger is in way of 8K, as it should be. Now filings to bring company current will remove CE and merger can complete, publicly, as a material event with filings referencing ENTREX.
