I disagree, "I agree this will unfold at the time that maximizes shareholder value.

I think that this will unfold at a time that maximizes the new company's value.

Somehow I feel that we as shareholders are not the number one priority with this deal.

Liz has stated from day one that Clancy is doing the deal to benefit shareholders. This makes me think that employees and friends / family of Clancy own personal shares.

The 400+ shareholders from 2009 account for the above plus investors / traders / bag-holders. The 500+ shareholders currently listed accounts for all of the above plus the new investors / traders from July to date.

I feel that the deal is all about the new company, we are just along for the ride but are being shaken out...
