Fundamental value based stock picks with a decent track record for finding good companies.

Yep as gilead said the Bowser Report was legit. Used to be one of the few newsletters worth following as they picked undervalued small stocks based on fundamentals. Think they used to pick 1 stock a month. And it was pretty cool if it was a stock you owned...you'd see an AH pop on a Friday as the pick was released to the Bowser subscribers, then a further gain the following Monday. Haven't heard much from them lately. Honestly I didn't even know if they were still around.
