The LOI did not come to fruition in addition to convertible notes, this was the lack of steam you describe, potentially different circumstances here now.

We ran out of steam because the Ontario deal didnt happen. Where would we be now if it had happened-at least .10-.25? It looks like this run will culminate with a deal, so we should be on that track now.
