So tell us what equity stake means...how many shares did Cambridge purchase or (let me rephrase) how many were they HANDED in lieu of cash - which Titan doesn't have very much of ? Do tell
Either they gave em a ton of shares or Cambridge bought em. Either way o/s shoots up as the engineers Hans and Aki are NOT working on SPORT for free. When there is no cash, shares must be issued to PAY people....if Cambridge took shares as "payment" (much like Aspire is) then o/s goes UP. MORE DILUTION = DECREASE in PPS mango. See when fund raises happen (cash is raised), shares are issued
