Not so sure about the "numerous substantial reverse splits" part but yes the one big r/s hurt. Though we wouldn't be here with the opportunity we have if it hadn't been done.
In hindsight, had old Generex shareholders voted for the r/s instead of against many years ago, we would not be in this mess. Not sure many of the newbies understand the history and appreciate why the old timers can be a little bitter. Joe spelled it out for us years ago what would happen if we didn't pass the r/s vote. It happened pretty much the way he said.
If I was under water, should the S-1 get through the SEC's review, I would buy as much as I could, expecting a big turnaround within 18 months. If I had capital to risk I would be buying a little now and a little after the dividend prior to the S-1 news. I personally plan on adding significantly in the coming weeks.
