There is always a first time. It depends on unity of investors who got hosed, the more investors participating the better. For now the post was discussing members who already indicated they would joint the lawsuit. So far it appears that 19 have made donations which is far far less than the 172 who signed up. We may get nothing out of it and that too is a risk that I am willing to take. I just happen to believe that OTC CEO pull all this bs because investors always put there tail behind their legs and walk away smartly. There is strength in numbers...…………..
