Look back at Bluesphere's last public filing. Look at all the creditors, at all the millions of dollars they borrowed, on top of the lawsuit they lost. Where do you think all those creditors have gone? You don't think they are going to press every legal claim they have against the company's assets? You don't have to take anyone's "word" for anything. Creditors in default foreclose, on anything they can get their hands on. If you doubt that, think about the credit card companies that call your house nonstop if you're one day late on your payment. Bluesphere has no future, because the creditors are taking it today.
And, if you want to pretend for a moment that all those creditors don't exist, ask yourself: what is a key characteristic of a stock that takes off after an earnings surprise? LOW FLOAT.
