It easy to forget some items
and I'm sure I did miss some. It is quite an extensive list. As I said before: nobody knows exactly when, but if you look at the whole list, it is hard to not think SOON. Of course, each has his own definition of SOON. Technically, I might be wrong when I say NOBODY knows. There is one guy that does know and that is the guy that is shelling out his own money to keep the lights on. He is either stupid or he knows exactly what he is doing. My guess: he knows exactly.
