Hasn’t been that high since 2017. Fact is management has given up on a valuation story or the share price. Literally no reason anyone should invest in a company that doesn’t care. We have heard for 2-3 years that stock price will follow... maybe in a blue chip world.

Don’t get me wrong. Company is well run operationally. Very undervalued. But hope is bleak that valuation is ever realized.
