Please get your facts straight.

The shell of cascade was sold after it was purchased by a company that brings the shell to legal level then
Resells shells.

Then sold to a company focussing on marijuana.

The cascade name came with the shell but not the original cascade management hence a rename to Nugs to avoid confusion.
