yes my logic as well, if bonds are not approved, we would not be seeing equipment being delivered, so to me, this is a done deal and maybe need one minor item checked off, b4 PRs stating can be released, SNPW buying when ever funds permit, long and strong huge PPS moving North upon us anytime
