Guess I'm not one of "those folks" because it is a relative strength indicator(aka RSI)......
It is valuable in comparision to charts if you don't need it being perfectly reset, what ever that means...
It's more like a gauge on a car that would show the horsepower(they don't exsist, you have to put them on a dynometer), it(RSI) shows the power of the buying and selling adjusted to see on a 2D chart on a computer screen.
Maybe someone smart can invent something better in the future....
