The other company listed in the release was ZENDESK symbol ZEN. These attorneys apparently are in the process of starting a class action suit against ZEN. It closed up 1.36 today despite the release. That being said, we backed off from a high of .114 after this news which shows it did shake out some sellers.

I am of the opinion that this “investigation” is completely without merit.

Levi & Korsinsky and other law firms like it frequently announce investigations, whether the investigation has merit or not, as a way to provide business for themselves.
