Stz is free to make any offer they want for canopy shares. I agree with cantor, stz will buy Cgc, just not at these levels. $10-12 cad......

The 50% CAP is no longer in place.
That was in relation to previous warrants. The new warrant total can take STZ over 50% not to mention the open market purchase option.
