Update:
Plenty of willing buyers between .186 and .19. Just not a willingness to push through .19. We’ll how the power hour goes. Have enough shares. Willing to chase about 100k shares on a great PR. Otherwise happy to hold. Also would add on weakness in the .17s due to an extended PR delay.

To me, it’s like the MMs busted out tight range of .189-.196 on both sides to .186-.20 to increase the trading interest.. maybe not coordinated .. but at least traders seemed a bit bored with the tighter range.
