Did anyone actually file for custodianship? Only thing that even made this stock show any promise was where someone had the current OS sent to the OTC. What the reasoning for that was still remains to be known IMO since nothing else that was stated as taking place has been confirmed.
You have a point, l believe c/s granted conditionally, if they miss the opportunity someone else might hijack this clean shell I didn’t see any other shell as attractive as this one
