Can you send me a couple examples? I'm lost...Is this like a shady merger deal or they think something of the sorts because he had so many people that he was associated with when he was with the big pharma that they have to investigate anything deal wise that would currently be with an old friend or current friend from another company. I thought it was a material type situation at first when I read the form number. Any help would be much appreciated...-BL

If you read the document the second paragraph mentions Zendesk not elite.
